Planex Communications Inc.(President/CEO : Katsuaki Kubota, Headquarter : Tokyo, Shibuya-ku, JASDAQ code 6784 ) announced the start of the development for the world's first online game router for 「VCE2」 which was developed by Community Engine Inc.(Headquarter : Tokyo, Shibuya-ku CEO : Kengo Kanajima). By using this router, users can enjoy ease games connectivity more comfortably.

「VCE2」 is a middle ware which is dedicated to communications which provides a real time network function. 「VCE2」 supports multi platform and provides high performance network application with 「safety」, 「authenticity」, 「fastness」 for the development. The combination of 「VCE」 based online game and 「VCE」 supported router, will provide comfortable online game play.

Until this point, when the network application is used simultaneously with online game, the response gets slow or the game play itself is stopped by this usage. This game router will receive the information of network bandwidth in advance by using the same time with online games by 「VCE2」, therefore it won't be affected by other network application packet. By this solution it will secure the comfortable bandwidth 「QoS」 at all times. The users can enjoy the online games without any set up work. It can be also used as a regular router when the online games are off.
