High speed data transfer eSATA Cable「PL-EST05」is announced for launch

Planex Communications Inc.(President/CEO : Katsuaki Kubota, Headquarter : Tokyo Shibuya-ku, JASDAQ code 6784 ) announced the cable model「PL-EST05」which supports the external regulation of serial ATA「eSATA」will be launched in the end of November at resellers all over Japan and PLANEX DIRECT.
In addition, the sales forecast is included into this year's earning forecast.
【Main Features】
Support Serial ATA external regulation「eSATA」
It is an 「eSATA」cable which provides high speed data transfer for the external devices. It can be connected between eSATA compatible PC and eSATA compatible peripherals. The cable length is 0.5 m.

Support 1.5Gbps/3.0Gbs High speed transfer
It supports SATA1.0 regulation（Max.1.5Gbps）and SATA II regulation（Max.3.0Gbps）high speed data. It provides stress free data transfer to HD which has over 100MB/s' read/write function.
