Planex Communications Inc.(President/CEO : Katsuaki Kubota, Headquarter : Tokyo Shibuya-ku, JASDAQ code 6784 ) today announced the launch of the USB battery charger「PL-UC02-TR」with multiple adapters that is compatible with overseas' major power outlet, will be available in the beginning of November at resellers all over Japan, world wide and PLANEX DIRECT.
In addition, the sales forecast is included into this year's earning forecast. |

It will charge battery of devices such as cell phones, handheld game (PSP), audio player such as iPod from the power outlet through USB converted outlet.

By changing the attached plug, it can be used in overseas through USB port. The 4 different type of the adapters which include are Type A, Type C, Type O and Type BF that support 240 volt, it support usage in all main countries. Also, without requirement of a transformer,「PL-UC02-TR」is the only thing needed.
