Information Leak through Instant Messengers
  Kanshi-Bannou (KBC) logs all the Instant Messenger (MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, AOL) conversation data and its transferred data.

Information Leak through Emails.
  It has been reported that the fact of the most of recent information leaks are mainly done by insider through “email”.Innovating KBC to your networking environment will secure information from insider by logging the email information such as; when, sender, receiver (including CC, BCC), contents, and attachments. Emailing protocol, POP and SMTP are supported.
   
Improper web browsing, and FTP downloading
  KBC is also able to log the “web email” such as; hotmail, Yahoo with its contents, attachments, sender, receiver information. Also logs URLs of websites that have been browsed by clients.
For FTP, it logs; when, IP, User ID, Password, Action, FTP server IP, and file name. It logs; when, IP, User ID, Password, Telnet or BBS server IP, file name, and size. Those mentioned are to check the improper usage of the network.

    Email monitor POP/SMTP Supported. Log; when, who, to who, how, contents, attachments. Web email (hotmail etc) is also supported.
    Instant Messenger monitor Support MSN, ICQ, Yahoo, AOL. Log all the conversation and the transferred file with date, IP and handle name for the managements to refer and search the log.
    Web browsing monitor Log the browsed website address with its date, and IP for the managements to monitor or search.
    FTP monitor Check the logged FTP communication data to analysis its detail.
    TELNET monitor Check the logged Telnet communication data to analysis its detail.
